I am a licensed mental health counselor and have been practicing in Israel and later in the state of Florida since 2017. I am bilingual in English and Hebrew and provide services to clients seeking treatment in both languages. I’m based in Bal Harbour & Aventura in Miami- Dade County, Florida. I provide services to clients both in person and via telehealth.
My background includes working with individuals, groups and families in schools, therapy center for families, and private practice. In my practice, I have worked with children, adolescents and adults suffering from trauma or family crisis, or seeking to find a better outlet for communication. I have treated a broad spectrum of diagnoses and struggles, such as mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, behavioral issues, low self esteem, relationship issues and life transitions. I have encouraged freedom of expression and self-empowerment through creative processes, while using bibliotherapy as a springboard for healing. In addition, I have delivered mental health seminars and bibliotherapy workshops to fellow professionals and various groups. Currently, I am a doctoral student at Barry University in the Counseling program with a specialization in Marital, Couple, and Family Therapy.

Bibliotherapy is a creative arts therapy that involves storytelling and other forms of imaginative literature—novels, short stories, poetry, plays, and biographies—to improve psychological well-being. Bibliotherapy helps you in developing coping strategies, and gaining perspective, by seeing how other people, such as characters in a book, address and deal with similar issues. Through this method, you will be able to experience an emotional catharsis, gain insight about your own life experiences and improve your ability to face crises and difficulties. Through the incorporation of carefully selected literary works, I will guide you on a journey of self-discovery.
Many psychological difficulties begin early in life and stem from relationships within the family of origin, or the family one grows up in, even though these problems often surface later in life. Through family therapy, I will help you resolve your problems in the context of your family unit. I will guide you in working together with the other family members, to better understand your family dynamic and how your individual actions affect each other and the family unit as a whole.
As a Person-Centered therapist, I see you as the expert of your own experience. I have trust in your power to make changes and find fulfilment of your personal potential. My approach involves an awareness and respect for the whole person, and attention to his or her unique experiences, goals, and values. Through this method, I will help you develop a higher level of self-worth, become more self- aware, and change your behavior via self-direction. I aim at creating an environment, in which you will feel safe and free from judgment.
